Stir-fried broccoli with garlic

  • 500 Grams vietnamese of chinese broccoli
  • 2 Tablespoon sesam olie
  • 6 Cloves Knoflook sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon soyasaus
  • 1 branch Citroengras finely chopped, outer skin peeled off.
  • 1 Tablespoon Suiker
  • 1 Tablespoon Vissaus
  • 1 tsp chili vlokken of verse spaanse peper finely sliced.
  • 0,5 Pieces Limoen juice


  • Blanch the broccoli for half a minute and rince immediately with cold water.
  • Heat the sesame oil in a wok and when hot enough, add all garlic, chilli and lemongrass. Beware, the oil burns rather quickly.
  • If the garlic is coloring (10-15 sec) add the broccoli and the rest of the ingredients. Mix a few minutes and heat and serve on a scale.
