The cooking classes are divided into several lessons, all focusing on a specific topic. Because we spent a lot of time explaining and teaching techniques, you’ll get acquainted with them easily and learn useful tricks. My aim is to give you a pleasant experience and at the same time teach you how to cook. A relaxed atmosphere is therefore at least as important.
When enjoying our dinner at the Kauri table, which is thousands of years old, you can be proud of the result and hard work. Of course, you will receive all the recipes to take back home, so you can prepare the dishes over and over.
