Delicious, healthy and varied meals, prepared with or without a recipe, is something everyone can learn. During the class, I will explain the steps how to prepare a varied meal, in order to give you time to absorb it. I promise you that after class, you will be inspired to try the recipes again. You never thought that cooking could be so fun and easy.

Information

This is a four lessons course but leaves the opportunity to book a single lesson. Scroll down for the details per lesson.

Time

The lessons will take place at daytime or in the evening. The time of day is indicated per lesson below.

Costs

€325 per person for four lessons, including drinks and coffee. A single class is €90.

Class 1: The principles of cooking

Date: 20 February

After receipt, I will explain the principles of cooking, discuss a number of techniques and distribute the recipes. Then we start to prepare the dishes under my supervision.

Besides watching, listening, trying and preparing, eating is an equally important part of the evening. So, when we’re done cooking, we’ll gather around the table to enjoy the courses.

You receive the recipes too. Dare yourself to prepare the dishes again in your own kitchen!

Class 2: Meat

Date: 13 March

After receipt, I will explain about the characteristics of meat, discuss various preparation techniques and distribute the recipes. Then we start to prepare the dishes under my supervision.

Besides learning, trying and tasting, eating is an equally important part of the evening. So, when we’re done cooking, we’ll gather around the table to enjoy the courses.

Class 3: Fish

Date: 17 April

After receipt I will tell you something about the specifics of fish, discuss various preparation techniques and distribute the recipes. Then we start to prepare the dishes under my supervision.

Besides paying attention, cooking and tasting, eating is an equally important part of the evening. So, when we’re done cooking, we’ll gather around the table to enjoy the courses.

Class 4: Vegetables

Date: 4 June

Vegetables are plentiful and healthy and are also real flavor enhancers. This lesson we will make a range of vegetable dishes. I hope to inspire you what a rich taste vegetable can have. After receipt, general explanation and distribution of the recipes, we start to prepare the dishes under my supervision.
