Oublie biscuits
Ingredients
- 100 g soft butter
- 100 g Icing sugar
- 50 g Egg white
- 15 g Vanilla sugar
- 2 g Salt
- 100 g Flour
Instructions
- Mix the butter with the icing sugar, egg white, vanilla sugar and salt. Blend this with the flour.
- Pour the dough into a piping bag with a small piping whole. Squeeze small balls on a lightly greased baking tray. Keep space between them, because they flow out during baking.
- Bake the biscuits 8-10 minutes on 160ºC. Immediately remove the biscuits after baking using a pallet knife and roll around a stick. Let them cool down.
