  • 1 tsp coffee powder
  • 10 g milk
  • 200 g soft butter
  • 150 g caster sugar
  • 4 g salt
  • 320 g Flour


  • Solve the coffee powder in the milk.
  • Mix the milk with the butter, caster sugar and salt and knead with the flour. Let the dough rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  • Roll out the dough to 3 mm. Cut in the shape of leaves and place on a baking tray. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes on 170ºC.
