Mix the butter with the icing sugar, egg white, vanilla sugar and salt. Blend this with the flour.
Pour the dough into a piping bag with a small piping whole.
Squeeze small balls on a lightly greased baking tray. Keep space between them, because they flow out during baking.
Bake the biscuits 8-10 minutes on 160ÂșC.
Immediately remove the biscuits after baking using a pallet knife and roll around a stick. Let them cool down.
