Lemon rougail
Ingredients
- 3 Pieces citroenen
- 2 Cm Gember
- 2 Pieces chillies
- 1 tsp Kurkuma
- 2 tsp Lente-ui Minced
- 0,5 tsp Zeezout
- 2 tsp Olie
Instructions
- Cut the lemons into 2-3 mm thick slices. Halve each slice and cut into three triangles. Remove the seeds. Rub the ginger in the mortar into a puree.
- Put the pieces of lemon and ginger puree in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Blend all.
- Cover the blend with plastic wrap and rest for a few hours, so that the lemon zest becomes softer.
