  • 800 g green leave of leafy vegetables watercress, Chines cabbage, spinach
  • 3 TBLSP Olie
  • 100 g Sjalotten
  • 3 Cloves Knoflook
  • 5 Cm Gember
  • 0,25 Pieces Chillies
  • Zeezout
  • black pepper


  • Clean the leaves and drain. Cut large leaves into 3 cm pieces. Chop the shallots, garlic and rub the garlic in the mortar with some salt to a puree. Put this with the chopped chillies in the pan and bake until the mixture smells good.
  • Add the leaves and cook until they shrunk slightly, but crispy. The moisture must have evaporated before you serve it.
