Goi Buoi
Grapefruit salad with prawns
Ingredients
- 2 pieces grapefruit of pomelo red
- 1 in Shallot finely chopped
- 1/3 piece Spaanse peper finely chopped
- 6 piece prawns peeled, cooked and cut lengthwise
- 2 tblsp Mint chopped
- 2 tblsp Kokosmelk
- 2 tblsp peanuts chopped
- 0,5 piece Limoen sqeezed
- 1 tblsp Vissaus
- 1 tblsp oister sauce
- pinch frsh grounded pepper
- 1 hand coriandre and/or Vietnamese basil
Instructions
- Peel the grapefruit and cut the segments off the sheets.
- Peel the prawns, remove the intestinal tract and cook or fry briefly. Cut in half lengthwise and let cool.
- Mix the mint, coconut milk, oyster sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, chili pepper and ground pepper in a small bowl. Mix this with the grapefruit, shallot and prawns. Place on a plate. Sprinkle the peanuts on top and decorate with a handful of fresh herbs.
