  • 100 g Courgette
  • 4 pcs Eieren beaten
  • Zout
  • Boter
  • 1 pcs Ui chopped


  • Gently fry the onion in the olive oil.
  • In the meantime, cut the zucchini into cubes and fry them with the fried onion. Then stew.
  • Puree the cooked zucchini and let cool. Then mix with the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat the oven to 200ºC, butter the molds and pour in the zucchini mixture. Then bake them au bain marie. The cakes are cooked when a knife comes out of the cake clean.
