Gently fry the onion in the olive oil.
In the meantime, cut the zucchini into cubes and fry them with the fried onion. Then stew.
Puree the cooked zucchini and let cool. Then mix with the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
Heat the oven to 200ºC, butter the molds and pour in the zucchini mixture. Then bake them au bain marie. The cakes are cooked when a knife comes out of the cake clean.
