Brèdes, leafy vegetables
Ingredients
- 800 g green leave of leafy vegetables watercress, Chines cabbage, spinach
- 3 TBLSP Olie
- 100 g Sjalotten
- 3 Cloves Knoflook
- 5 Cm Gember
- 0,25 Pieces Chillies
- Zeezout
- black pepper
Instructions
- Clean the leaves and drain. Cut large leaves into 3 cm pieces. Chop the shallots, garlic and rub the garlic in the mortar with some salt to a puree. Put this with the chopped chillies in the pan and bake until the mixture smells good.
- Add the leaves and cook until they shrunk slightly, but crispy. The moisture must have evaporated before you serve it.
