  • 100 g pate sucre
  • 1 dl Room
  • 1 tblsp Honing
  • 0,25 pcs Vanillestokje seeds
  • 100 g Fruit


  • Bake the tartelettes in tins at 180ºC until they are nicely golden brown.
  • Beat the cream with honey and vanilla seeds. Allow the flavors to blend for an hour. Then fill the tartelettes with a spoon of whipped cream. Place the fruit above. Sprinkle lightly with icing sugar and serve. Do not make them too long in advance, because then the cake will become weak due to the moisture from the whipped cream.
