  • 200 g Bloem
  • 240 g Boter in cubes
  • 4 el Suiker
  • 2 el Zout
  • 90 ml water


  • Put the flour, cubes of butter, sugar and salt in a bowl. Knead the butter in the flour by hand, the dough must have the texture of coarse crumble. Then add the water and knead with the hands until the dough has formed and all the ingredients are well mixed. Wrap the dough in plastic foil and leave to cool for 30 minutes.
  • The dough is now ready for further processing.
