Simple tomato sauce

  • 1000 g gepelde tomaten
  • 200 g Onions and carrots cut into mirepoix
  • 50 g Olijfolie
  • 10 g Zeezout
  • White pepper


  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion and carrots until soft. Add the tomatoes and simmer for about 10 minutes. Then pass through a passe vite or blender with a hand blender. Season with salt and pepper.
