  • 1000 g vegetable stock
  • 350 g Meat
  • 25 g Olive oil
  • 10 g Sea salt
  • 10 g Garlic
  • 3 g fresh green pepper finely chopped
  • 3 g Onions finely chopped


  • Put the meat, oil, garlic and salt in a thick-bottomed pan. Brown the meat over high heat brown. Then add the pepper and onion, stir well and add the broth. Cook until the meat is cooked.
