Simple tomato sauce
Ingredients
- 1000 g gepelde tomaten
- 200 g Onions and carrots cut into mirepoix
- 50 g Olijfolie
- 10 g Zeezout
- White pepper
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion and carrots until soft. Add the tomatoes and simmer for about 10 minutes. Then pass through a passe vite or blender with a hand blender. Season with salt and pepper.
