Shiitakes with sesame oil and soy sauce
Ingredients
- 12 pcs Shiitakes
- to the taste Sesamolie
- to the taste Sojasaus as old as you can get
- 1 dl Mushroom stock
- 4 branches Rapeseed flowers
- to the taste Maple syrup
Instructions
- Tick in the shiitakes so that they can pick up the flavor of the marinade. Put the ingredients in a bowl and put the shiitakes in it. Leave them for fifteen minutes.
- Put everything into a saucepan and put the heat half high. Let everything continue for a while, until most of the moisture has evaporated. Serve the shiitakes on a plate and pour over the remaining sauce. Garnish with yellow flowers.
