Running chocolate cakes

Moulleux au chocolat

  • 120 g Chocolate Pure
  • 100 g Butter
  • 50 g Flower
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 3 Pieces Eggs


  • Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  • Melt the chocolate and butter au bain marie.
  • Add the flour, sugar and eggs, stirring well.
  • Spoon the batter into the greased shapes. Bake for 6 minutes and serve immediately.
