Roll of zucchini with creamy cheese and chives
Ingredients
- 1 pieces Zucchini
- 50 g Creamy cheese
- 2 el Olive oil
- 4 el Vinegar
- 2 el Rice vinegar
- 6 Stems Chives
Instructions
Zucchini
- Cut slices of the zucchini, about 2 mm. Mix the oil and vinegar. Add salt and pepper and put the slices of zucchini in the mixture. Set aside for 1 hour until they are soft and done.
Finish
- Take a slice of zucchini and place it on a flat surface. Brush with the creamy cheese, lightly. Roll the zucchini and bind with the stem of chive. Place it upright on a serving dish and sprinkle with fresh pepper. Ready to serve.
