Roll of zucchini with creamy cheese and chives

  • 1 pieces Zucchini
  • 50 g Creamy cheese
  • 2 el Olive oil
  • 4 el Vinegar
  • 2 el Rice vinegar
  • 6 Stems Chives



  • Cut slices of the zucchini, about 2 mm. Mix the oil and vinegar. Add salt and pepper and put the slices of zucchini in the mixture. Set aside for 1 hour until they are soft and done.


  • Take a slice of zucchini and place it on a flat surface. Brush with the creamy cheese, lightly. Roll the zucchini and bind with the stem of chive. Place it upright on a serving dish and sprinkle with fresh pepper. Ready to serve.
