  • 250 g Prei
  • 0,5 tsp Kurkuma
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 0,5 tsp. mustard powder
  • 1 pcs Kaneelstokje
  • 0,5 tl white pepper
  • 1 clove Knoflook
  • 1 tsp garam massala
  • 1 cup coconut cream


  • Gently fry the leek in the oil and add the spices. Bake briefly and then add the coconut cream. Simmer until the leek is nice and soft and then serve immediately.
