  • 4 Pieces Duck breast Tame duck breast


  • Remove excess fat from the duck breasts
  • Make notches on hot leftover fat (in the form of a chinese window)
  • Roast the breasts well (good rosé) 3 min on fat lace high heat; 2 min on meat side bearing fire; then in the oven 7 min. 180°
  • Leave the meat rest (approx. 10 min) before cutting it
