Curry ice cream

Ingredients
  

  • 180 g Eidooier
  • 6 dl Melk
  • 1 el Kerriepoeder
  • 1 pinch Zout
  • 1 pinch Peper
  • 2 dl Room
  • 7 cl Wodka

Instructions
 

  • Mix the egg yolk with the milk, curry, salt and heat to 82 degrees. Keep stirring until the mass is tied. Remove from heat and let cool. Mix in the cream and the vodka and mix in ice.
