Cinnamon icecream

Ingredients
  

  • 0,25 l Milk Creamy milk
  • 2 dl cream
  • 5 g cinnamon
  • 37,5 g sugar
  • 0,5 dl Honey
  • 5 pcs egg yolk

Instructions
 

  • Cook the milk and add the cinnamon powder. Let it simmer for 30 minutes. Whisk the sugar and egg yolks until creamy. Melt the honey in the milk and add the liquid to the egg/sugar mixture. Pour it back into the pan and on low fire cook it slowly until the eggs start to bind the liquid. Quickly cool down. When it's cool, make the ice cream in the icing machine.
