Stir-fried shiitakes

  • 2-3 tblsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves Knoflook chopped in thin strips
  • 250 g fresh shiitakes cut in halfes
  • 2,5 tblsp oister sauce
  • 1 tsp Sojasaus
  • 60 ml Kippenbouillon
  • 3 pcs Spring onion in pieces of 4 cm


  • Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat and stir-fry the garlic for 1 minute or until it smells strongly. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 minutes until they are done. Add the rest of the ingredients, stir fry 1 minute more and go to the table.
