  • 100 g Bloem
  • 1 Eieren
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 3 dl Melk
  • 1 pinch Zout
  • 1 tbsp Olie
  • 20 g Boter for baking


  • Mix the egg, egg yolk, flour, oil and a pinch of salt together. Add a part of the milk to the mixture.
  • Beat until the mixture is thick. Then, add the rest of the milk (you may also use a food processor).
  • Pour the mixture in a bowl and set aside for ± 30 minutes.
  • Bake the crêpes in a crêpe-pan and allow to cool on a cake platter.
