Zucchini pie
Ingredients
- 100 g Courgette
- 4 pcs Eieren beaten
- Zout
- Boter
- 1 pcs Ui chopped
Instructions
- Gently fry the onion in the olive oil.
- In the meantime, cut the zucchini into cubes and fry them with the fried onion. Then stew.
- Puree the cooked zucchini and let cool. Then mix with the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the oven to 200ºC, butter the molds and pour in the zucchini mixture. Then bake them au bain marie. The cakes are cooked when a knife comes out of the cake clean.
