Asparagus and foie gras roll


  • 450 g asparagus aspic
  • 300 g Foie gras
  • Thyme


  • Heat the foie gras slowly until it is melted. Spread it over the asparagus aspic and place into the refrigerator. After cooling, cut the mixture into slices of the dimensions you need. Make a roll or make a lasagna.
