Asparagus aspic

Servings 450 g


  • 450 g asparagus creme
  • 6 g gelatine
  • 3,7 g agar agar


  • Let the gelatine solve in a little cold water. Put the asparagus creme in the thermomixer and add the agar agar. Heat and cook the asparagus creme together with the agar agar in the thermomixer. Let it cook for 5 minutes, until the agar agar is completely solved. Let the mixture cool down and add the gelatine. Cover a flat plate with cling film. Spread the asparagus mixture over the plate. Shake a little to remove the air bells. Let it harden.
