Mackerel mousse
Ingredients
- 200 g Mackerel smoked and filleted
- 1 tblsp Fresh cheese
- 1 tblsp orange juice
- 2 tblsp Cream whipped
- 1 tblsp Pepper crumbs green
Instructions
- Blend the mackerel fillets with the chees in the kitchen machine. Bring to the taste with the orange juice, salt and pepper. Blend with the whipped cream.
