Stir-fried shiitakes
Ingredients
- 2-3 tblsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves Knoflook chopped in thin strips
- 250 g fresh shiitakes cut in halfes
- 2,5 tblsp oister sauce
- 1 tsp Sojasaus
- 60 ml Kippenbouillon
- 3 pcs Spring onion in pieces of 4 cm
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat and stir-fry the garlic for 1 minute or until it smells strongly. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 minutes until they are done. Add the rest of the ingredients, stir fry 1 minute more and go to the table.
