Cantuccini
Ingredients
- 300 gram Bloem
- 250 gram Suiker
- 1 tsp. Bakpoeder
- pinch Zeezout
- 3 pcs Eieren
- 1 pcs orange zestes
- 100 gram Amandelen
- drop Olijfolie
- glass Vin Santo
- 1 pcs Egg To baste the dough
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 150 degrees.
- Place all ingredients (except the egg you use to cover the dough) in a large bowl and mix with a wooden spoon to a fairly moist dough.
- Cover a baking sheet with baking paper. Divide the dough over the baking sheet into two long strips about 5 centimeters wide. Brush the dough with some beaten egg.
- Place in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove the cake from the oven and cut into 1.5 centimeter strips. Then place it on their side on a rack and put it in the oven again. Only 5 minutes this time. Allow the cookies to cool completely and serve as dessert with a glass of Vino Santo (to dip the cookies in)
