  • 1 pcs Ui
  • 1 pcs Wortelen
  • 1 stems Bleekselderij
  • red wine
  • 500 gram gehakt mixed meat
  • Zout
  • Passato
  • jeneverbessen
  • laurierblaadjes
  • Red pepper


  • Heat olive oil in a pan and add the vegetables. Bake over medium heat until the vegetables are soft. Heat a large frying pan on another fire until it is very hot. Add the minced meat (do not fry all at once but two or three sessions), sprinkle with salt and fry until it is nicely browned. Add a generous dash of red wine to each portion of minced meat and let it reduce.
  • Add the meat to the vegetables.
  • Serve the ragû with cooked fresh spaghetti.
