Salmon with sour cream and herring caviar

  • 120 g Salmon Fresh
  • 30 g Sour cream
  • 20 g Herring caviar
  • 1 bundle chives cress
  • 1 tsp Botarga
  • 1 tsp Maldon salt


  • Cut the fresh salmon into fine slices. Put on every plate a spoonful of sour cream and equalize with the bottom of the spoon into a round shape. Place the slices of salmon on the cream. Put around the cream the caviars. On top of the salmon, stick the chives cress and sprinkle with the botarga and salt.
