  • 15 g coriander root
  • 4 cloves Knoflook
  • 2 tsp peper black or white


  • Mash the coriander root in a mortar. Add the garlic and mash a coarse pasta. Add the peppercorns and keep stamping until you have a fine paste. Use immediately.
