Running chocolate cakes
Moulleux au chocolat
Ingredients
- 120 g Chocolate Pure
- 100 g Butter
- 50 g Flower
- 50 g Sugar
- 3 Pieces Eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
- Melt the chocolate and butter au bain marie.
- Add the flour, sugar and eggs, stirring well.
- Spoon the batter into the greased shapes. Bake for 6 minutes and serve immediately.
