  • 3 pieces egg yolk
  • 300 ml sunflower oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • pepper to taste
  • cayenne pepper to taste
  • 10 ml bisque
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 5 threads of saffron


  • Make the mayonnaise with the egg yolks, vinegar, mustard and oil.
  • Now season with the herbs and fish soup and voila.
