  • 4 pcs Bananen
  • 2 tblsp Bruine suiker
  • 4 tsp Boter or margarine
  • to the taste Citroensap
  • to the taste Kaneel


  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking tray. Peel the bananas and cut into nice slices. Put them on the baking paper, sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar, pieces of butter or margarine and some lemon juice. Then put in the oven for 12 minutes and serve with ice cream.
