Coffee biscuits
Ingredients
- 1 tsp coffee powder
- 10 g milk
- 200 g soft butter
- 150 g caster sugar
- 4 g salt
- 320 g Flour
Instructions
- Solve the coffee powder in the milk.
- Mix the milk with the butter, caster sugar and salt and knead with the flour. Let the dough rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Roll out the dough to 3 mm. Cut in the shape of leaves and place on a baking tray. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes on 170ºC.
