Chocolat cakes

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g Margarine
  • 200 g Chocolade 70%
  • 2 stuks Eieren
  • 2 stuks Egg yolks
  • 100 g Suiker
  • 2 el rice flour
  • 2 el Kikkererwtenmeel

Instructions
 

  • Pre heat the oven at 180ºC. Grease the muffin trays with the margarine. Put the chocolates in a bowl. Heat the bowl au bain marie and stir until it is melted. Put the bowl aside tot cool down for about 10 minutes.
  • Mix the eggs and yolks in a kitchen machine. Add sugar and keep stirring until the mixture is foamy and thick. Carefully add the chocolate and stir with a big spoon. Sieve the two types of flour and blend with the mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into the trays and bake in about 15 minutes. They must have risen and feel solid. Serve immediately.
