Chocolat cakes
Ingredients
- 100 g Margarine
- 200 g Chocolade 70%
- 2 stuks Eieren
- 2 stuks Egg yolks
- 100 g Suiker
- 2 el rice flour
- 2 el Kikkererwtenmeel
Instructions
- Pre heat the oven at 180ºC. Grease the muffin trays with the margarine. Put the chocolates in a bowl. Heat the bowl au bain marie and stir until it is melted. Put the bowl aside tot cool down for about 10 minutes.
- Mix the eggs and yolks in a kitchen machine. Add sugar and keep stirring until the mixture is foamy and thick. Carefully add the chocolate and stir with a big spoon. Sieve the two types of flour and blend with the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the trays and bake in about 15 minutes. They must have risen and feel solid. Serve immediately.
