Cauliflower pie

Ingredients
  

  • 450 gram Cauliflower small roses
  • 7 Egg
  • 1 Red onion
  • 1 el Rosemary finely cut
  • 1 el Olive oil
  • 120 g Flour
  • 15 g Basil finely cut
  • 2 tl Baking powder
  • 150 g Cheese. Parmesan roughly grated
  • 1 tl Kurkumma
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 el Nigella seed
  • 1 el Sesame seeds
  • Butter for greasing

Instructions
 

  • Clean the onion and cut three rings, about 5mm thick - keep separate. Coursely chop the remainter of the onion. Fry chopped onion with rosemary and oliveoil; stirr regularly until the onion becomes translucent. Leave to cool
