Breadfruit curry

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g breadfruit or sweet potatoe or banana
  • 1 tsp Zout
  • 0,5 tsp Kurkuma
  • 1 tsp. Kerriepoeder
  • 0,5 tsp Mosterdzaad
  • 0,5 stick Kaneel crumbled
  • 1 tsp garam massala
  • 4 pcs Sjalot
  • 5 leaves Curry leaves
  • 5 leaves padam leaves
  • 1,5 cup coconut milk
  • 0,5 cup coconut cream

Instructions
 

  • Cut the vegetables into large pieces and put in a pan with the spices. Water the coconut milk and cook for 15 minutes. Then cook for another 5 minutes with the coconut cream.
