Braised cauliflower with olives

  • 1 Pieces Bloemkool cut into florets
  • 3 TBLSP Olijfolie
  • 130 g green olives without kernel
  • Zeezout


  • Fry the cauliflower florets in a wide pan in the olive oil over medium heat until they start to colour. Add 4 Tblsp water and simmer until the cauliflower boils and is soft. Add the olives and cook for a few more minutes. Taste the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
