Bollito broth
Ingredients
- 1000 g vegetable stock
- 350 g Meat
- 25 g Olive oil
- 10 g Sea salt
- 10 g Garlic
- 3 g fresh green pepper finely chopped
- 3 g Onions finely chopped
Instructions
- Put the meat, oil, garlic and salt in a thick-bottomed pan. Brown the meat over high heat brown. Then add the pepper and onion, stir well and add the broth. Cook until the meat is cooked.
