Ginger ice cream on French toast and sabayon with apple
Ingredients
- 150 g ginger ice cream
- 100 g sabayon
- 4 pcs bread
- 2 g Poppy seed
- 1 pcs Apple
- 1 lumb Butter
Instructions
- Cut round parts out of the bread and bake according the recipe. Bake the apple in a little butter until light brown. Prepare the sabayon.
- Place the baked bread on the plate, cover it with the apple and ginger ice cream. Pour the sabayon over the ice cream and sprinkle some poppy seed on top of the sabayon.
