Rouille
Ingredients
- 3 pieces egg yolk
- 300 ml sunflower oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 pinch of salt
- pepper to taste
- cayenne pepper to taste
- 10 ml bisque
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 5 threads of saffron
Instructions
- Make the mayonnaise with the egg yolks, vinegar, mustard and oil.
- Now season with the herbs and fish soup and voila.
