Cauliflower pie
Ingredients
- 450 gram Cauliflower small roses
- 7 Egg
- 1 Red onion
- 1 el Rosemary finely cut
- 1 el Olive oil
- 120 g Flour
- 15 g Basil finely cut
- 2 tl Baking powder
- 150 g Cheese. Parmesan roughly grated
- 1 tl Kurkumma
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 el Nigella seed
- 1 el Sesame seeds
- Butter for greasing
Instructions
- Clean the onion and cut three rings, about 5mm thick - keep separate. Coursely chop the remainter of the onion. Fry chopped onion with rosemary and oliveoil; stirr regularly until the onion becomes translucent. Leave to cool
