  • 150 g wortelen mirepoix
  • 150 g Ui mirepoix
  • Olijfolie extra vierge
  • 1 kg tomatoes canned
  • 1 branch Bleekselderij mirepoix


  • Cook the vegetables until done over low heat in some olive oil. Then add the tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes in the pan without the lid. Pass the sauce through a passe vite and let cool. You can freeze the sauce.
