  • 20 g Yeast
  • 1 dl Milk
  • 500 g Flour
  • 0,5 tblsp Salt
  • 0,5 tblsp Sugar
  • 3 tblsp Olive oil
  • 150 g Pumpkin Cooked and mashed


  • Dissolve the yeast in leak warm milk. Blend the flour, salt, sugar and oil. Add the cooled pumpkin mash and the yeast blend. Knead the dough for 15 minutes. Allow the dough to rise to twice the volume. Knead again, shortly and make rolls. Put them on a baking tray. Let it rise again. Heat the oven to 220°C. Bake the rolls about 15 minutes, until they have a nice brown color.
